Both ENDS
Both ENDS has been asked by FMO to comment on its draft investment approach to responsibly managed forest plantations. To follow are a number of observations and recommendations, partially informed by Both ENDS long legacy of working in the forest & land arena, in dialogue with international donors, philanthropic foundations, companies, certification bodies and notably with forest dependent communities and other land users.
Het Mandalika International Street Circuit is een straatcircuit in de badplaats Mandalika in Centraal Lombok in de provincie West Nusa Tenggara. Het project, dat vooral bedoeld is om toeristen aan te trekken, wordt grotendeels gefinancierd door de Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), waarin ook Nederland een aandeel heeft.
Meer dan 150 maatschappelijke organisaties, netwerken en groepen vanuit de hele wereld ondertekenden een brandbrief aan Directeur-Generaal van de WTO Roberto Azevedo met de oproep om de onderhandelingen stil te leggen totdat alle partijen weer in staat zijn om volwaardig deel te nemen - fysiek, niet online.
