Both ENDS is a professional, internationally operating agency financed by private and governmental organisations. Some 40 paid staff and a varying number of volunteers and interns and trainees work at our office in Utrecht.
Both ENDS is a self-managing organisation, where flexibility, personal development, cooperation, own responsibility, innovation and a results-based orientation are given the highest priority. By getting the best out of everybody, we work towards a fair and sustainable world in which everyone has a voice.
