I chose Both ENDS because I feel strongly connected to the organisation's mission: strengthening just, sustainable and inclusive societies – both globally and in the Netherlands. The way Both ENDS connects local voices to systemic change really appeals to me.
Especially at this stage, when the organisation is developing further and making strategic choices for the future, I am happy to contribute my experience in strategic HR, organisational development and good governance as a supervisor. I believe in the power of collaboration and the importance of a solid but people-oriented foundation in order to continue to make a social impact.
